HR Essentials was established to allow people to learn in an open and safe environment. It is tailored to support any individual in business who manages people and provides a practical programme on the essentials of HR management.

It is designed specifically to last a maximum of one hour per session because we understand how busy a day can be and how challenging it can be to take out time for learning. The concept is a learning circle with a maximum of 10 delegates. A factual presentation on the topic of choice for 20 minutes from an expert in the industry followed by an open forum discussion for those in attendance to share experiences and ideas relating to that specific topic.
