During his time as a Senior Partner at KPMG, Paul recognised that small and medium sized enterprises were unable to access top consulting talent, usually available from the “Big Four” accounting firms because the fees were simply unaffordable. 

He founded Horizons Advisory in 2019 with the purpose of providing a set of products and services that gave these companies access to ‘Big Four’ accounting knowledge, whilst also recognising the benefit Horizons can provide to global business. 

To achieve this, Horizons maximises the use of technology to reduce human effort and focuses on employing bright, driven people that deliver excellence. 

Our goal is to provide products and services to business at a fair price whilst delivering a first-class experience. 

Throughout our time, our work has typically included large scale transformation projects at global businesses or providing subscription-based services where SMEs can benefit from enhanced financial services that traditional smaller accounting firms cannot provide.
